With the smoke making playing outside a no-go we have been having fun indoors assembling fixtures and displaying our products as we get them in. Our little shop is filling up with paint-by-numbers, string/nail art, cross stitch, knitting, crochet, and wood block printing kits. Come in and check out the amazing products we already have out. We are beginning to look like the craft boutique I envisioned.

With the weekend I foresee I am taking this evening to kick back and am starting on one of these meditative paint-by-numbers kits from #breathepeople. What's great is this includes a QR code for resources like painting tips and instructions, calming soundscape recordings while you paint, and journaling prompts to deepen your meditative art experience.
The CRT Counseling freezer raffle is three short weeks away, which I know will fly by. We are working with them to get word out about it and hope they have a great turnout to raise money for their therapy through art. Then just a few weeks after that will be our Grand Opening celebration! We have big plans for that, foremost being the explosion of color when we will get our yarn on display. The feedback we have received from the community about the shop is amazing and we are looking forward to what the future holds!
