RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To make a return:

Items must be unopened/unused/unworn

Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be reduced from the refund amount of yarn purchases of 6 or more skeins in the same color/weight.
