Drop Spinning Class

This course will help you learn the basics of spinning, starting with drop spinning will help establish the basics so you can advance to spinning with a wheel.

All materials are provided with the class fee; your own drop spindle as well as fiber!

During the workshop, you will be guided through the following steps:

1. Learn how to hold the spindle and attach your fiber

2. Practice drafting the wool

3. How to wind the wool onto the spindle
